Seven Arcs Pictures was established in 2012 as a subsidiary to Seven Arcs, with animation work becoming the company's main business and the animation department being transferred to it. Meanwhile the parent company Seven Arcs' new main business is animation planning, production and management. The company merged with Arcturus and Seven Arcs in October of 2019.
