Ishizuki Tsutomu is an artist, songwriter, jewelry designer and graphic designer from Tokyo, Japan. He started playing music (violin) due to his his father's influence, and at the same time became interested in drawing. At high school, he majored in drawing. After graduating from high school (1997), he formed a band called FANATIC◇CRISIS. He not only wrote songs but also made the album jacket designs, and live stage clothing. He parted with the band in 2006 and has since then become a jewelry designer.
