I have been following the website Anime-Instrumentality for quite a while, and it's full of interesting review and analysis of soundtrack and opening/ending. Recently, there was a pool on the top composer of anime soundtrack, and here are the result of the community. I suggest everyone to check this website.

I really love the soundtrack for Mahou Shoujo Theme (Ice REMIX) it is so beautiful and magnificent....

And Kagura songs in gintama in episode 69 is the most epic soundtrack ever in the whole anime!!!!!!! turururututu tururu.......
and also the tarzan sountrack in gintama too!!!!!!!

Soundtrack has been made by Ooshima Michiru, composer of Full Metal achemist soundtrack, and you can hear some similarity from time to time.


You should check out more of Ooshima's recent works. I also loved her work for Zetsuen no Tempest. Her Fuse Teppou Musume no Torimonochou soundtrack was really good, too!

Just spotted a great piece of music.
Kumo no mukou, Yakusoku no Basho movie, there when they flied from the tower, and the music playing background was just awesome.
