I couldn't get enough Haiyore! after the first 3 2012 anime episodes from XEBEC, so I watched this. This is actually not all that bad! The series isn't watchable by itself though, as it feels more like a bunch of ova extras than an actual stand alone series. I believe this very short series (Each episode without the ED is only a couple minutes) was designed for experienced readers of the light novel. Each episode dives straight into a joke with barely any context told. So you'll need to know something about the series already to enjoy it.
Having only watched some of the XEBEC anime, I can say, "If you enjoyed watching Nyaruko hit on Mahiro and Kuuko hit on Nyaruko, then you shouldn't have much problem enjoying this." Just be mindful about the flash animation. The actual animation that differs from episode to episode is all done in flash. As long as you compare the animation to something like the K-On! extras you should be pleasantly surprised. The Voice Acting is still hilarious.
