For seuyuu fans, the mom is charming,

As a series, it's ridiculously stupid, there for, its for fans of mamacon people.
They over use the mama-mother-mom jokes, ever ecchii scene its with her.
All the spots that shine its her, the other characters are dusted.
There no character development, That mom serious has problems
It's horrible anime it was not fun , i had to cover my eyes more then half the anime.

Isekai with your charming, sexy mom. What more could you want?

First it seems awkward but after some minutes watching it's quite enjoyable. This series has some borderline and funny scenes that you will not get in any other series of the same category.

The only thing that I don't like is the overwhelming mother supervising. Sometimes it makes you smile but sometimes it let you feel like it's a kindergarten and you got maintained all the time. Also, mom is too overpowered when it comes to a battle. I mean, MC and bad guys didn't even have a chance to come to their full potential.

Other than that, the special episode makes you hungry for more.

I hope the BD release will arrive here soon because it lacks the 'god rays' and fog that isn't really necessary.

Too many mawkish moments!

So yeah... overall, I found it decent, just approach it expecting comedy in fantasy adventure.

I read tons of negative reviews about this one, I don't think it's that bad, it just has moments that tries to push you away. There are examples of different pathologies in families, but somehow Masato's mom, which is totally overprotective is shown as example... That's simply wrong, however it also tries to give us some clue, about understanding mother/child perspective or approach, well, I don't know if this works like that, but in the end I kind of enjoyed this title. It's very typical Isekai in the end, you just hope that Masato finally has his moment to shine, but instead it's always stolen by his mother.

Ah one more - don't expect ecchi, it's vice versa, can give you some breath from all ecchi animes over there, there's just a minimum in 2 episodes, nothing more, that's advantage.

The premise of being sent to a virtual world has been done before, but the twist of being sent with your mom was unique. This could've been cool, but the direction this anime went in was extremely childish. For fans of OP characters in a virtual world.

If you like Isekai genre you can try it, but be aware, because this anime is full of silly jokes about relationships and awkward dialogues and situations. Oh yes, and one more thing - this is a harem type anime. Not a typical, but still...
About similar anime: I am strongly disagree with comparing this anime with Slayers, The explanation for this comparison is far-fetched.

So, this anime is strictly for "Isekai + fantasy + simple jokes" anime fans.

P.S.: Regardless of the above, I can't not to say that there is an amazing character Medhi in that anime. But this can not be evaluated immediately, after her appearance.

Anime & Japan never fails to amaze me, like mama's best grill!

Refreshing twist to the regular isekai by having a cute hot mom as the leading character. I am impressed by mama's character design tbh - cute, hot, and yet caring, extremely likeable. It even manage to pull off lots of ecchi scenes without feeling too much unease of incest.
In fact its a very fun comedic watch with a bunch of whacky characters, MMORPG themed in a setup that doesn't bother to hide the fact that its an isekai - lace that all with good sufficient dose of fun ecchi, mix in ample comedy around mama topics then wrapped it all up with good ol warm mama's love.

Artwork may sometimes be on the lower avg budget; and the plot may be unsophiscated and utilize deus ex machina too often. Though its tht anime tht you know all ends well, a big smile on your face along with loads of chuckles & fan service as bonus.

Ignore the incest thoughts, and come in to enjoy some comforting mama whacky fun time. 6/10 for me

Aside from other recommendations, the premise was something new and very interesting. After completing the series, I had wished the son had a bigger role with powers and strength than to always be carried by the mother. Overall its funny, entertaining, and really don't worry about the mother incest warning, son only fell on a naked mom once by accident ;)

A niche isekai. In its overall structure and substance, it is very similar to low-key isekai animes in that there is a harem of girls, a fantasy world, decent comedy and a fair dose of ecchi. However, in this one, the main heroine is the protagonist's mom, and while it may appear obvious, she is the best feature of the entire show, being cute and caring, while at the same time "badass", or something like that. Sometimes, the series plays on quite borderline mother-son incest territory, including wild ecchi scenes, but it stops short of becoming something obscene, something which I appreciated. The rest of the characters are mediocre at best, and the plot is nothing special. Comedy was good and animation was decent, however I disliked the eye design, because it made the characters look like they were always high on drugs, but that is a personal preference anyway.

Overall, a new, but still ordinary, isekai experience, for the portfolio. Recommended for those regular isekai fans.
