Kite Eiichi, or Kiteretsu, was an elementary school boy who liked to invent. One day he found a book titled Kiteretsu Dai Hyakka (Kiteretsu Encyclopedia). This book was written by his ancestor Kiteretsusai, who had been a great inventor, and all his invention was written. His technologies were more advanced than today's technologies, and Eiichi could make a robot, Korosuke, refereeing to the book.

After the events of The Heasters, the Earth has been free of Transformers for several years, until the emergence of the Decepticon Pretenders.
