This is the second story of "The Lion Books" series. A boy meets a lonely little umbrella ghost wearing Geta. He promises the ghost that he will give it a pair of rain boots in exchange for three wishes. The boy, however, grows up completely forgetting the promise. One day, when he happens to the ghost, he rushes back to that bridge in his hometown, to the Rain Boy...This is a moving, sweet hometown fantasy about a gentle ghost and a forgotten promise.

The series follows Officer Black Cat's adventures around the forest neighbourhood, apprehending criminals, dealing justice, and solving crimes.

One day, a punctual and square British gentleman who is a member of an exclusive club gets involved in a bet as to whether or not one can travel around the world in 80 days. That's how the adventure begins.

While this gentleman proceeds with his journey accompanied by a newly-hired but devoted butler and his partner, two men from Scotland Yard are after him in order to prove that he is a bank-robber. In addition, a wicked member of the club sends his man to interfere with the journey. Played at a nice tempo and with lovable characters, this series is sure to attract and enchant all viewers.

Hirono Kenta is your average geeky Junior High School student. His childhood obsession has always been Tokusatsu and Anime. In fact, he fancies himself as a "Hero of Justice" and often is seen running around in a makeshift costume of his own design called "Wing Man." Most of his fellow classmates thinks he's just a crazy "otaku", but his childhood friend Ogawa Miku thinks he's a noble spirit.

One day as Hirono is walking to school, a beautiful and voluptuous girl, literally drops out of the sky and into his life.

Hirono, bewildered by the event, none-the-less takes the girl to his home to recuperate (this is his duty as a "Hero of Justice"). He also keeps the "Dream Note" so that he can transpose his favourite "Wing Man" costume designs into it.

Later, Hirono is confronted by the girl who reveals herself to be Yume Aoi, Princess of the Dreamscape called Botoreem. Her domain has been conquered by the power mad despot, Rimeru and his armies of monstrous "Seed Men". She barely escaped her domain with the power artifact known as the "Dream Note".

The "Dream Note" enables its possessor to create anything they desire by merely drawing or writing information within its pages. Rimeru seeks to steal it to become Master of the Universe.

She demands that Hirono give her back the book, but Hirono had already begun drawing into the book (mystically linking himself to it).

Hirono soon discovers that his designs and notes on Wing Man become reality and he in turn becomes his own creation.

Using these powers and abilities, he and Aoi begin their strange and amazing adventure. Along the way, Hirono inadvertently involves all of his friends, especially Miku in his quest to help Aoi free her people and save her father.

Rimeru sends his various minions to Earth's dimension to retrieve the book. One his henchmen is the noble yet devious Kitakura who goes as far as infiltrating Hirono's Junior High School masquerading as a teacher.

A young man named Tokio, who lives with his parents, takes in a kitten. She has trouble winning over Tokio's mother, who is allergic to cats.

Chibineko is heartbroken when Toshio falls in love with a girl he meets in the park. Then she meets the handsome, silvery cat, Raphael, who explains that she and Toshio can never really be together.

A sickly young Swiss girl named Muriel discovers that little people live out in the woods. One of these little folk, Wendy, befriends her - soon, buoyed by the mysterious healing power of Wendy's people, Muriel is following Wendy back out to the woods to have adventures.

Takashi Katori is a big fan of online games, and so is his American friend Sarah. However, one of their RPGs goes too far, as their virtual world and the Lezarion robot that Takashi created for the game somehow mix with reality. Takashi is caught, but later the Earth Governement discovers that an evil scientist from the Moon (now a sort of abandoned colony with restricted access) is hacking into virtual worlds and security, so they force Takashi to pilot the Lezarion and, with Sarah's help, fight evil and protect the Earth.

Locke is a legendary super-psychic, who has lived for more than a thousand years. It has been a long time since Locke retired from psychic wars. But now the government seeks him for an extremely important mission. An evil psychic cabal led by Lady Kahn is trying to dominate the galaxy. Government commander Yamaki s Locke and orders him to stop the evil cabal and restore peace to the universe. To destroy Locke, Lady Kahn trains an innocent girl named Jessica to become a super-psychic like Locke. Jessica is brainwashed and made to believe that Locke was responsible for her parents' deaths. Jessica starts to attack Locke with her super-psychic power, and this is just the beginning of an intense psychic battle between Locke and Lady Kahn. Locke unleashes his super-psychic power to save the universe from the gigantic evil power.
